Rental Process:

The rental process with The Berkeley requires a prospective tenant fill out a Rental Application and send that along with an administrative fee of $100 per apartment, and non-refundable credit application fee of $45.00 per applicant. If you are a student and do not meet the income requirements, you will be required to also submit a parental guarantee along with your rental application. Please see applicable forms on this page.

Before You Apply:

Please call our leasing office at 252-689-6440 and verify the property you are interested in is available. All application fees are non-refundable.

Move-in Process:

Once you pick up your keys, please complete the Tenant Property Condition Inspection Checklist and return to the leasing office ASAP. This form documents any issues you have with the rental and any items that need to be addressed.
